- We do ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION of any of our products.
- The refund will be for the value of the purchase excluding 5% third part commissions, with the original payment method within 14 days starting from the date the parcel was received.
- The products must not have been used or washed. The tags must be attached and all the accessories must be returned (linen bags, additional gifts, etc) .
- After 7 days your purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping expenses for returns or exchange reasons must be paid by the customer.
- To proceed with the return or exchange please communicate first to info@cabuyahandmade.com
In the email include:
- Purchase number
- Customer name
- Reason: exchange or return
- For exchange: include all the details of the new product you would like to change and we will verify its availability.
- Remember that purchases outside the European Union are final. Therefore returns or exchanges are not allowed.

- Up until we receive the returned product in our offices it will be under your responsibility.
- Products under promotion or discount are final.Therefore returns or exchanges are not allowed.
- When you purchase PRE-SALE products, you are agreeing to the delivery times specified before payment, therefore we DO NOT provide refunds on this type of purchase.
¿How does the exchange of defective merchandise work?
- If you receive a defective or incomplete product please contact us right after you open the parcel.
- Refunds or exchanges after 24 hours of the reception of a non informed defective product are not allowed.
- As quality and precaution measure for both part we always take several photos of the product and parcel the moment is sent.
