• Free standard shipping with all purchases above 50 € within continental Spain and the Balearic islands.
  If you are located in the Canarian islands, communicate with us before paying for your product and we will look for the best option for you
• Free standard shipping with all purchases above 150 €  within the European Union
  We offer worldwide shipping with the following referential fees:
  Spain                      6,99 €
  European Union        15,99 €
  America                   30,99 €
  Rest of the World      35,99 €
  
• We deliver parcels from Monday to Friday (holidays excluded).
  They generally arrive within 24 to 48 hours inside Spain and 4-5 working days within the European Union. If you live in another region we will contact you and give you the estimated date of arrival.
  If you are in a hurry do not hesitate to contact us, we will find the best solution for you.
• You will receive a tracking code to check the state and location of your parcel.
• If your parcel is delayed or canceled given lack of stock, payment or any other issue we will contact you by email.
• If you would like to cancel a purchase made on our website, please write us an email to info@cabuyahandmade.com as soon as possible.
• Please bear in mind the shipping price does not include possible customs tax you might have to pay depending on your location.
• Make sure the address you provide is correct. We will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel delivered on an incorrect address.
